Madison ChopHouse Grille was started by Avado Brands, in 1996. In search of the best steak, Pat Reams decided to take over this casual dining restaurant in 2006 and perfected a blend of ingredients to create an amazing Prime Rib. Faye added the idea of a special horseradish dip to complete the unique taste that has come to set apart the Madison ChopHouse Grille. Rodrick Ingram is an Executive Chef and rounds out the team with his culinary expertise.

Madison ChopHouse Grille's signature rub and open-flame grill bring out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. Then, we apply our signature rub and allow the flavors to permeate the meat before we grill our steaks and steak burgers on our open-flame grill.
